Write to [email protected]. A person reads every message. In the app, go to Settings → Help → Report abuse or contact us, or Send feedback.

Report abuse

• A photo, a comment or a profile: open its ⋯ menu and tap Report.
• An anonymous question in your inbox: tap Block sender and tick “Also report this question”.
• Anything else: Settings → Help → Report abuse or contact us.

Reported content disappears from your view at once. We review every report within 24 hours.

Block or mute someone

Block someone from their profile, a photo or a comment: you stop seeing each other and you unfollow each other. Mute keeps someone out of your feeds and notifications, and you can still visit their profile. Undo either in Settings → Privacy & safety.

Signing in

Sign in with Google, Apple or a link sent to your email. A sign-in link works once and expires after an hour; if it does not work, request a new one from the app.

Your account and data

• Delete your account (also in Settings → Danger zone).
• Clear your data without deleting the account.
