These terms cover your use of Peeka (peeka.pics), a small, invite-only photo Q&A community operated by Gergedan LLC, registered in New Mexico, USA. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. They are short because the site is simple.
Peeka is invite-only — you need a valid invitation to create an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. Do not use Peeka for anything illegal or in a way that breaks the laws that apply to you.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password private. Each account is meant for one person. Let us know if you believe someone else is using your account.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You are responsible for them, and you confirm you have the right to post them — for example, that a photo is yours or that you have permission to share it.
To run the service, you give us permission to store and display your content on Peeka. That is the only thing this permission is for — we do not claim ownership of your content and we will not use it for anything beyond operating Peeka. The permission ends when you delete the content or your account, aside from copies kept briefly in routine backups.
Every photo must follow the photo sharing rules. Beyond that, do not harass or harm other people, post someone else's content without their consent, spam or advertise, or try to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these terms or the rules. You can stop using Peeka and delete your account at any time.
Peeka is a small project offered as it is, without warranties. It may have downtime, change over time, or be discontinued. We will try to give reasonable notice before any major change or shutdown, but we cannot promise the service will always be available.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Gergedan LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Peeka.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use Peeka after an update means you accept the new terms.
